How it works

What I guarantee, in full.

These hold for every Get Unblocked engagement. Each one states what I promise, what it needs from you, and what happens if I miss it.

A free hour on whatever's blocking you, and my written read on it within one business day.

Independent

The plan stands on its own. Run it with your engineers on your own or with anyone else, and Accepted and Done Right still hold.

What it needs from you

Nothing.

If I miss it

There is nothing to miss: I earn nothing from what happens after the plan, which is what makes it independent.

Accepted

If the approver turns down a decision in the plan, I revise it and bring it back until they accept it in writing, at no charge.

What it needs from you

A way to reach the approver, directly or through someone on your side, that produces acceptance in writing. Where that looks weak at the First Look, I say so, and the guarantee narrows to coverage and delivery.

If I miss it

The revision loop keeps running. Each revision comes back within two working days, recorded in the Plan Review minutes.

Done right

If a decision in the plan turns out not to work once your engineers are in design or implementation, I rewrite it and carry the plan back through the approver at no charge. Under Guided Remediation, that includes guiding the redo.

What it needs from you

Tell me within ninety days of acceptance, or before Guided Remediation ends, whichever is later.

If I miss it

The rewrite is the remedy, and it holds whether you run the plan with me or on your own.

On time

The Security Sign-off Plan and Guided Remediation each carry a date we set together: the plan-draft date and the sign-off date. Each puts forty percent of its fixed price at risk on that date, as a balance you don't pay until delivery.

What it needs from you

For the plan: the Discovery Package complete, since the date is set from it. For remediation: the engineer hours committed at acceptance delivered, the fixes your engineers own finished, and no delay from the approver left unlogged. Days spent waiting on you or the approver don't count, and an approver's delay moves the date day for day, logged at the Checkpoint.

If I miss it

On the date, you pay the balance. If the date slips because of me, the balance drops by half. If I miss the entire late period, a week for the plan and a month for remediation, the balance goes away. For example, if I miss the plan-draft date by three days, you pay eighty percent of the plan's price. Past the late period the engagement continues, with Checkpoints running while items keep moving, and the balance you keep can become credit toward Deferred Remediation if you prefer.

Each remedy is that guarantee's only remedy, and all of it is written into the order before anything starts. Either of us can end an engagement with five working days' notice, and you keep the work to date.
